Breakfast

Our American a la carte breakfast is served daily at our restaurant from 08:00 to 11:00. Alternatively, place your order with the Room Service and enjoy your breakfast at the privacy of your veranda. To order breakfast in your room, please dial Room Service, ext. 5350. In case you are departing before 8 am please contact our Front Desk and we will be happy to arrange an early breakfast for you.

 

Airport/Port Transportation

Departure private transportation with our luxurious vessels can be organized via the hotels’ concierge desk. Please confirm your arrangements dialing ext. 9.

 

Dining at Canaves Oia

Please contact our Front Desk should you wish to make a booking for Elements Restaurant, Petra Restaurant, Panorama Balcony or to place an order to dine in the privacy of your suite.

 

Check in/Check out Time 

Check in is at 15:00. Check out time is at 11:00. Should you wish to extend your check out time, please contact our Front Desk. Late check out is subject to availability, additional charges apply.

 

Electricity

The voltage in Greece is 220V/50 cycles. The socket in your bathroom should be used exclusively for an electrical razor. Should you require adaptors please contact the Front Desk.

 

Energy Efficiency

You are kindly requested to ensure that all doors and windows are closed when activating the air-conditioning unit.

 

Beauty & Wellness

Our spa is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. We offer specialized face and body treatments and signature massage journeys with the treatment philosophy of Valmont.

 

Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center is located in Canaves Oia Suites and is equipped with the latest technology Technogym equipment and is open daily from 07:00 until 23:00          

 

Housekeeping & Linen Change

Please refer to our newest Covid-Ready Extra measures.

 

Ironing

For safety reasons iron and ironing boards are not provided in the rooms.

 

Laundry/Dry Cleaning

Operating hours from 8:00 to 23:00. All items will be delivered within 24 hours from depositing. Dry cleaning is available upon request, deliverable within 48 hours. Please use the laundry bags provided in your closet and fill in and sign the laundry form.

 

Pool Operation

The main swimming pool is open daily from 11:00 to 19:00.

 

Safety Deposit Box

The Hotel management takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen from a room if it has not been placed in the safety deposit box. On check out please leave the safe door open. Manual is to be found inside the safety box.

 

Towels and Bathrobes

Place used towels in the shower or bathtub and they will be changed with fresh ones. Towels and bathrobes are to be used only in your room. For the swimming pool you are kindly requested to use the towels provided on the spot. For towels you wish to take outside of the hotel, please contact the Front Desk.

 

In Case Of Emergency

Please remain calm and proceed to the exits of the hotel. All exits are located on the top level of the hotel. Emergency light will be on only during night time or in a case of a black out.
